Terms of Sale and Use

These terms govern the purchase and use of the AI Music Academy digital product ("the Academy") supplied by JNT Studios by Jonas Teichert, Große Diesdorfer Straße 203, 39110 Magdeburg, Deutschland ("we", "us").

1. What you are buying

The Academy is a digital educational product delivered online: written lessons, templates, prompt libraries and interactive tools. There is no physical delivery and no scheduled live component unless explicitly stated on the sales page.

Access is granted for the tier you purchase, for an unlimited period, including updates we publish to that tier. We may reorganise, expand or improve the material at any time.

2. Formation of contract and delivery

The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed by our payment processor. Access is granted immediately after payment. You receive a licence key on the confirmation page and a payment receipt by e-mail from the payment processor.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own commercial and non-commercial projects.

You may apply everything you learn to your own channels and businesses, including commercially. You may not resell, republish, share, sublicense or distribute the material itself, or make it available to people who have not purchased access.

Account sharing is not permitted. We may revoke access without refund where material is redistributed.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the sales page in the currency you select and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store card details.

5. Right of withdrawal and guarantee

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content delivered immediately, that right lapses once delivery has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement — which you give at checkout.

6. No income guarantee

The Academy is educational material. Nothing in it is a promise, projection or guarantee of income. All figures, calculators and examples are illustrative models based on our own experience and publicly available data. Your results depend on your own work, your market, and third-party platform policies over which we have no control.

7. Third-party platforms and tools

The Academy references third-party services (for example YouTube, Suno, Udio, ElevenLabs, Spotify and various distributors). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those services. Their terms, prices, features and policies change independently of us, and you are responsible for complying with them.

8. No legal, tax or financial advice

Sections covering rights, disclosure, business setup and taxation are general educational orientation, not professional advice. Consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction before acting on them.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, and then limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Statutory product liability is unaffected.

10. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and events outside our control may cause temporary interruption.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

12. Governing law and contact

The law of the operator's country of establishment applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
