Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If the Academy is not right for you, write to us within 30 days of purchase and we refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask you to justify it.

Send one e-mail to business@jntstudios.com with the e-mail address you used at checkout. We process refunds within five business days; your bank may take a few days more to show it.

What happens to your access

Access is revoked when the refund is issued. Material you have already downloaded must be deleted, and the licence in section 3 of the terms ends.

Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

For digital content delivered immediately, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once delivery begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right. You give both at checkout.

Our voluntary 30-day guarantee above is more generous than the statutory position and applies regardless.

Abuse

Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or refund requests combined with redistribution of the material, are treated as abuse and may be declined.
