Privacy Policy
2026-07-28
This policy explains what personal data we process when you use this website, and on what legal basis. Controller: JNT Studios by Jonas Teichert, Große Diesdorfer Straße 203, 39110 Magdeburg, Deutschland, business@jntstudios.com.
1. Data we process
Server logs. Our hosting provider processes technical connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Purchase data. When you buy, our payment processor collects your e-mail address, billing details and payment data. We receive the e-mail address, the purchased tier and the payment status. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Access cookie. After purchase we set one cookie containing a signed token with your e-mail address and access tier. It is strictly necessary to provide the product you bought and is not used for tracking or advertising. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Local storage. Your lesson progress and checklist state are stored in your own browser and never transmitted to us.
Usage statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and to see which link a visitor arrived from, including the campaign parameters in our own links. It sets no cookies and stores no identifier on your device. The data is aggregated and cannot be traced back to you as an individual. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding which of our own channels work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2. What we do not do
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build cross-site profiles, we do not sell data, and we use no analytics that sets cookies or identifies you personally.
3. Processors
Vercel Inc. — hosting, content delivery and cookieless usage statistics.
Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — payment processing. Stripe acts as an independent controller for payment data; see stripe.com/privacy.
Where processing takes place outside the EEA, it is covered by EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
4. Retention
Server logs are retained for a short period by the hosting provider. Purchase records are retained for the statutory retention period applicable to commercial and tax records. The access cookie expires after twelve months or when you log out.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, write to business@jntstudios.com.
